Our history began four decades ago when future MIDCON CEO Randy Allen moved to Oklahoma to work as a seismic data broker. Before graduating from Southwest Missouri State University, Randy studied business. That education led him to purchase the assets of the Oklahoma City office of Grant Norpac—a business specializing in seismic data storage, brokerage, processing and acquisition. In Randy’s hands, that business evolved into MIDCON Data Services Inc.

We have grown but remain a private corporation specializing in multiple data divisions. MIDCON is uniquely positioned with the growth and development of any area increasing the overall success of other areas.
